  • Ready to get started as a new patient? Our first visit will last approximately 45-60 minutes.  It will include a thorough dive into your health history.  We can utilize your time most efficiently if you can fill out your paper work online and return it 10 days ahead of your appointment.  After scheduling log onto the portal. On the left side of the screen, click on My Health History, then Medical forms, fill out the first 6 forms.
  • Established patients - We will spend approximately 30-45 minutes going through your plan of care along with nutrition, movement, creating peace and contentment in your life, refinement of your plan of care, and renewal of prescriptions. 
  •  Please allow 10 days for routine refills.
  •  Please call 7 days in advance if you need to reschedule an initial appointment and 2 days in advance for a follow up appointment. I reserve the right to charge the full amount of the visit if it is not cancelled or rescheduled by these deadlines.  


  

  • When trying to solve a health problem or dysfunction, putting pieces of the puzzle together can be tricky.  We test and not guess.  Testing may include blood, saliva, urine or stool.  We will utilize all tools necessary to move your health forward. 
  • Standard tests will be ordered and billed directly to your insurance.  
  • Some specialty/functional labs are not covered by commercial insurance. They may be reimbursable when you submit the claim.  You will be responsible for all upfront costs.
  •  It may be possible for you to use your HSA for testing.
  •  We work with lab companies to find you the most cost-effective testing.
  •  We do not receive financial incentive for ordering any specialty testing.
  • Should a lab result indicate that you need further care beyond my scope of practice, I will refer you to a relevant specialist.


 We do not provide emergency care.  If you have an emergency, seek an emergency department or urgent care clinic. 


Yes, you can!  We are credentialed providers with most insurance companies.  Please check your insurance for coverage of prescription nutraceuticals.


We offer both self pay or insurance billing.  Sometimes self pay avoids the bureaucracy and may be the most beneficial way to pay. Investigate your insurance plan and deductible to see which is the best route for you. Wellness visits are the only visits fully covered by insurance unless you have met deductible.
